Very good, the best omega for the brain and memory, but using more than two capsules a day causes a very strong smell of sweat. I take two pills daily, one with lunch and one with dinner. After a month of use, I have noticed a considerable improvement in my memory; however, I didn’t see significant enhancements in my perception regarding cognitive impairment. I advise limiting your intake to a maximum of two capsules a day to avoid unpleasant odours. Overall, it has primarily benefitted my memory, and this is why I recommend it.

Promotes brain health

The low levels of DHA in the elderly can lead to memory loss risks. Therefore, supplementing with DHA is essential for brain health, promoting brain and eye development while reducing the likelihood of dementia, Alzheimer's, and even depression. It can also alleviate stress and restore symptoms in chronic conditions, helping those with cognitive impairments. A daily intake of 500–1,700 mg may significantly improve brain function.

Helps severe epilepsy
EXCELLENT OMEGA, and the price is quite reasonable. We take omega due to severe epilepsy that leads to dementia, and it has been incredibly helpful, alleviating these severe symptoms.

I feel more alert after using this. Fish oil provides great benefits, particularly in reducing the risk of dementia. This is significant, especially since I work in aged care and worry about such issues.

Good for brain health
This DHA bottle is high-quality and beneficial for cardiovascular and brain health. The omega-3 fatty acids in DHA and EPA have anti-inflammatory properties and protect the brain and eyes. It aids in preventing cognitive decline and dementia. It has a pleasant taste with no fishy odour and is suitable for elderly users. Patience is key; continuous use improves cognitive function.

Potential dementia prevention
I was advised by an anti-aging doctor to use NOW Foods Double Strength DHA-500 Fish Oil. Elderly individuals are recommended to supplement with high DHA omega-3, which may help slow down and reduce the risk of dementia.
