Research Says These Are Good Quality BUT Beware They May Cause Breakouts
I did some research on the best quality vitamins to get and these were high on the list. Testing shows that they actually have what they say they have in them, unlike a lot of other brands. They smell and taste gross but I feel like that's because you're actually getting what's on the label. They're big so I personally need to let them sit in my mouth for a few second before I can swallow them with water and that's where the gross taste comes in. They remind me of the chewables I used to take as a kid. I'm not bothered by the size or the taste if the quality is good, otherwise what's the use of a vitamin. *Update 10/4/16, Beware, could cause breakouts: While I still think overall these are good quality vitamins, I believe they are the cause of my recent breakouts. I started to break out terribly after I started taking these daily. I couldn't figure out what was causing it until I realized that taking these vitamins was the only new thing I started doing/using right before the breakouts. When I researched it I found that many multi-vitamins can cause breakouts because of the B12 vitamin. This multi-vitamin contains 3000% of the daily recommended dose of B12. I stopped taking the vitamins and my skin has started to clear up
