I absolutely love this product! It has high quality and I notice the benefits right away when I take it in the morning: more energy and reduced inflammation. I've experienced a significant improvement in my allergic asthma and don't even need to take it daily. Just be cautious if you're sensitive, as it may affect your sleep. I highly recommend it; I've been using it for around 3 years with great benefits (not daily, only when tired).
