Dangerous product
Horrible. This is the very low-quality kind made from root extract. The root extract contains emodin, which is expensive to remove, so it remains. The result is severe diarrhea that negates any beneficial effects this might have. This product is simply dangerous.

I took this product as a plant-based alternative to Detralex for spinal issues. It enhances small vessel blood circulation, improves sleep, and cognitive functions. I experienced no diarrhoea until I increased the dosage. It is beneficial for athletes, students, stroke survivors, and those with cerebral palsy.

Weight loss impact
After taking this product, I initially lost weight and had regular bowel movements. However, increasing my dosage led to diarrhoea and gas, so I reduced it back to one tablet a day. I'm pleased with the results and continue taking it.

Mild diarrhoea indicated
The product seems fine. Some resveratrol has been extracted from Japanese knotweed, known for having a laxative effect, causing mild diarrhoea. This was my mistake in ordering this lower dose; for a few dollars more, I could have chosen a higher dose product.
