Horrible. This is the very low-quality kind made from root extract. The root extract contains emodin, which is expensive to remove, so it remains. The result is severe diarrhea that negates any beneficial effects this might have. This product is simply dangerous.

This supplement caused gut-wrenching diarrhoea, seemingly due to the Japanese Knotweed source of resveratrol. I’m returning to the more expensive brand sourced from grapes.

The product seems fine. Some resveratrol has been extracted from Japanese knotweed, known for having a laxative effect, causing mild diarrhoea. This was my mistake in ordering this lower dose; for a few dollars more, I could have chosen a higher dose product.
