Resveratrol is the only thing that allowed me to stop antibiotics after 14 months of serious Lyme disease. Within a week, I had more energy and it suppressed the Lyme disease, enabling me to increase my exercise from 1 mile to 3.5 or 4 miles. I was astounded that any product could be this effective. The scientific data on resveratrol is compelling, and it is also anti-cancer, so I plan to take 1g daily for the foreseeable future.
