After reading that evening primrose oil helps to stabilise hormonal levels and aligns the menstrual cycle phases, I decided to try it along with vitamin D3. My condition normalised; hot flashes ceased, sleep improved, and the pain from adenomyosis vanished after four months of use. Hello everyone!

Wonderful! I recommend evening primrose oil to everyone! It greatly helps with menstrual issues. For several years, I struggled with heavy and painful periods due to adenomyosis. However, after two months of taking evening primrose, I experienced my period without any issues!

Thickened endometrium

Miracle Primula! I took primrose—one capsule in the morning and another in the evening—paired with inositol from the same brand. My endometrium started to grow to the desired thickness, having previously been diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis. Additionally, each cycle began to develop dominant follicles in my ovaries, which hadn't happened before. Overall, I highly recommend this. I also took primrose from the 36th week of pregnancy; by the time I gave birth, my cervix was ready—smooth and soft. The delivery was quick, and the doctors remarked that it was a fast first birth.
