This oil is the best for women's health. Using Evening Primrose Oil has simplified my life tremendously! I've been taking this supplement for three weeks during breakfast alongside Omega-3 and vitamin D-3, and I have not noticed any PMS symptoms. My rashes before menstruation have completely disappeared, and the soreness during my period has also significantly reduced. I am hopeful that continued use will bring about further improvements.

An excellent dietary supplement at a great price, but not suitable for everyone. Primrose oil is beneficial due to its high content of gamma-linolenic acid. This acid helps eliminate skin rashes, improves skin quality, and alleviates PMS symptoms. If the omega 3 to omega 6 ratio is maintained between 1:2 and 1:4, the benefits are maximised. Otherwise, the opposite effect may occur.

I initially took this oil to combat PMS symptoms. After about a week or two, I noticed significant improvements; breast pain subsided, and the rash on my face reduced. I took two capsules daily, half an hour before meals. The capsule size is manageable. After a break, I ordered more, this time taking one capsule each morning on an empty stomach, but I found the effect less pronounced. I believe a higher dosage yields quicker results, which I plan to try next time.

Minor rashes returned

I originally purchased this for my menopausal mother to help with hot flashes. While it reduced their intensity, the frequency remained. I didn’t notice significant changes overall. However, I had dealt with rashes on my chest and back, which seemed to vanish after a couple of weeks of use. Though my hormonal issues didn’t improve, I’m curious to see how the primrose will affect my endometriosis and fibroids.

Sweat rash treatment

Now Foods is brilliant! I initially bought evening primrose oil to address my persistent sweat rash. After taking it for some time, my sweat rash did not return! I will monitor it, particularly during the summer months, hoping that taking the oil will continue to help.

Strong rash
Is this product worth buying? That’s a great question. Unfortunately, I’ve seen no positive results, only disappointment. The rash on my face has become very strong since using it.

I had a very disappointing experience with this oil, despite reading positive reviews about how beneficial Primula is for women’s health and hormone stabilisation. After discontinuing oral contraceptives, my skin deteriorated with regular rashes. I began taking Evening Primrose Oil, one capsule a day, but my skin became worse. Though I held on to hope, after a month I noticed terrible white spots emerged. Eventually, I stopped the primrose, and this week after stopping it, my face has become smooth and the rashes cleared up, leaving me with clear skin. So, please be cautious with this oil.
