Easier menstrual cycle
3 people found this helpful
After using evening primrose oil for two months, I can attest to its effectiveness; I noticed significant changes in my menstrual cycle. After taking it daily for a month, I shifted to taking it during the second half of my cycle. The quality is excellent, and the results have been promising—with my cycle reducing from 32 days to 26 and my menstruation becoming far more manageable. I've done this to alleviate pain associated with my endometriosis and to address my Uterine Fibroids.

Beneficial for menopause
Fine! Evening primrose oil is incredibly beneficial for women, especially during perimenopause and menopause. I began taking it at 43 on my gynaecologist's recommendation. With its gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) content, it promotes prostaglandin production, which regulates the female reproductive system. This oil supports fertility, stimulates ovulation, alleviates amenorrhea, and helps manage hormonal disruptions linked to Uterine Fibroids and other conditions. It's great for skin and hair rejuvenation too. I take it in cycles with other supplements.

Natural supplement benefits
Perfectly! Evening primrose oil is a natural oil derived from the seeds of the biennial plant Oenothera biennis. It's rich in linoleic and gamma-linolenic acids (GLA), which are beneficial. GLA is a precursor to the prostaglandin PGE1 and plays a crucial role in various body tissues, offering preventive and therapeutic value for several conditions, including Uterine Fibroids, particularly when combined with cruciferous extract. I appreciate that this supplement is natural and the brand quality is consistently excellent!

Hormonal support
This product has greatly assisted my hormonal issues and Uterine Fibroids. I find taking one daily soft gel effective. Although the soft gels are large, they are easy to digest and swallow. I highly recommend them primarily to other women.

Helps reduce myoma
4 people found this helpful
I previously bought evening primrose oil, especially after being diagnosed with Uterine Fibroids. I took it for several months, and my ultrasound showed a slight decrease, which is satisfactory to me. The fact that the myoma has not grown is an encouraging sign. I will continue taking this supplement as I believe it benefits us women!
