Cold symptoms alleviated
This is one of the most effective remedies at the first sign of a cold. We always keep it in stock. As soon as anyone starts feeling symptoms, we take 2-3 capsules several times daily, and the cold either does not develop or resolves after a couple of days. It works exceptionally well for my mother; she often comes home feeling unwell, with fever, snot, and headache. I give her a strong dose of cat's claw, including at night, and by morning, she feels as if nothing was ever wrong. We have tried this multiple times, and we've never experienced any side effects.

Headache worsened
I usually trust the Now Foods brand, but this time the cat's claw didn't work for me. While taking it, I developed a severe headache, which I rarely experience. After stopping the usage, everything returned to normal. I might try again with a lower dosage later.

It was not suitable for my husband. I began taking it according to the instructions, but soon my head started to ache. Even after reducing the dosage, the headaches continued, forcing me to stop using the additive entirely.
