I completed the entire can, and surprisingly, I experienced no gastrointestinal side effects, no nausea, and no acne. It's remarkable because I usually stop taking vitamins after two weeks due to side effects; however, everything has been fine here, which I consider a benefit. Initially, I felt a surge of energy, but that faded over time. During the course, I did not fall ill with colds or viruses, and I hope the benefits continue. I’ve not tried other brands.

It helped me retrieve my sense of taste and smell after Covid-19. For six months after the illness, my ability to taste and smell was severely distorted, making eating painful. I took cat's claw for about a month, and the situation remarkably improved. Gradually, I regained normal smell and taste with about 90% recovery, which is excellent. Unfortunately, I suffered intense nausea as a side effect, preventing further use, which is why I rate it down one star.
