It helped me retrieve my sense of taste and smell after Covid-19. For six months after the illness, my ability to taste and smell was severely distorted, making eating painful. I took cat's claw for about a month, and the situation remarkably improved. Gradually, I regained normal smell and taste with about 90% recovery, which is excellent. Unfortunately, I suffered intense nausea as a side effect, preventing further use, which is why I rate it down one star.
