Symptoms improved
Since being diagnosed with uterine adenomyosis following endometriosis and uterine fibroids, I am undergoing treatment. I've managed to stop my periods with medication, but the side effects have led to much irregular bleeding, which, coupled with anaemia, has been distressing. After I started taking one tablet at breakfast, my symptoms improved dramatically. Although I still face irregular bleeding, I believe it has been effective for my physical complaints.

I've been anemic for the last few years, experiencing severe headaches and palpitations after minimal movement. At a health checkup, my count was low at 8, and though an iron supplement was prescribed, it was unsuitable as I felt too unwell to move. My anaemia stems from menorrhagia linked to adenomyosis. Since surgery, my menstrual flow has decreased significantly, yet my levels were still insufficient, prompting me to use supplements. I take them confidently with no side effects. Previously, getting out of bed during my period was challenging, but now I feel a bit more refreshed.

Eased symptoms
I began taking Dinaguest for my adenomyosis, which made things much easier. However, after reading Dr Fujikawa's book, I've continued using iron. I want to check my ferritin levels.

Dizziness alleviated
I am eating more due to low iron. My anaemia is caused by adenomyosis, and I take my supplements regularly. After two months, the slight dizziness I experienced has disappeared.
