Care with iron

I consistently purchase this hardware and recommend it to my patients. It significantly raises ferritin levels and promptly improves wellbeing without causing constipation. However, if Candida is present, taking iron could worsen the situation by feeding it and causing oxidative stress. It’s crucial to eliminate the pathogen before replenishing iron levels. Be mindful of tea and coffee, as they can bind to iron, limiting its efficacy.

Short-term only
This supplement was effective for my anaemia and resolved my pre-menstrual issues within two months. However, after prolonged use, I noticed my hair developed a strange texture, suggesting iron accumulation, potentially feeding Candida. I switched to Fight, which suits my needs better. I recommend short-term use with careful monitoring to prevent adverse effects.

Iron feeding Candida
1 people found this helpful
I discovered the significance of iron while reading Dr. Tokumi Fujikawa's book. While pregnant, I suffered from panic attacks and followed the advice of taking six tablets daily. My ferritin level rose to 200, yet my symptoms worsened. I realised I had overdosed on iron, which was exacerbating my Candidiasis. If exploring the Fujikawa theory, I urge you to conduct organic acid and food allergy tests at a qualified clinic. Iron can be beneficial, but be cautious as it can also worsen Candidiasis if not properly assessed.

Anemia solution
This is a good drug for combating anaemia, especially during menstruation when iron losses need replenishment. However, I did notice Candida occasionally rising alongside my iron levels, which requires attention.
