Having suffered from anaemia since childhood, my condition worsened after childbirth with severe headaches and dizziness. The doctor prescribed pharmaceutical iron, but I couldn't tolerate it. I tried this iron, and my ferritin levels increased. After taking it for two months, I now only use it during menstruation. It must be taken with vitamin C and not with coffee, tea, or dairy due to absorption issues.

I have many menstrual periods and take 3 capsules at dinner and 3 at breakfast from the first to the fourth day of menstruation. The headache completely disappears. Initially, I didn’t consume protein, which seemed to hinder iron absorption, worsening my headache and anaemia.
