Iron deficiency anemia linked to headaches
We explored whether iron deficiency anemia is connected to chronic daily headaches in a group of 100 patients compared to an equal number of controls.

The study revealed a significant link between iron deficiency anemia and chronic daily headaches. Interestingly, those with severe anemia experienced more intense headache symptoms.

While other iron-related factors were associated with headaches, the type and duration of headaches did not seem to vary significantly among patients.

I would definitely purchase these again. I feel much better after taking them. The iron does not upset my stomach or cause headaches. In fact, this supplement has been very gentle on my stomach, avoiding the usual issues I have with iron supplements. I would recommend these to anyone who is uncertain about iron supplements. The price is excellent with double strength composition!

My haemoglobin improved from 92 to 115 within a month while taking one capsule daily. I felt immediate relief from weakness, headaches, and dizziness. This iron supplement is well absorbed, and it suits those with low ferritin levels. Pairing it with B vitamins enhances absorption, and there’s no constipation—just a gentle effect overall. I highly recommend this iron supplement for better health.

This iron supplement has been my lifesaver as it instantly relieves my migraines during menstruation. I often experienced headaches at this time due to my anaemia. Since starting this supplement, headaches disappear within 20 minutes. I’m almost finished with my first bottle and will definitely order again. The capsules are small and odourless, making them easy to take.

Effective for headaches

I suffered from severe headaches before and after my period, believed to be linked to iron deficiency. On days when the headaches were intense, I took three to four pills, and soon after, the headaches would vanish. If you experience similar issues, I strongly recommend taking iron supplements; they’ve been very effective for me, and the capsules are small and easy to swallow.

Reduced painkillers

I suffered from headaches about twice a month and often relied on painkillers. I was sceptical about iron deficiency, but after taking this supplement for five months, my headaches became less frequent, and I've reduced my need for painkillers. It darkens my stool, but I expect that due to the iron content.

This supplement did not suit me; I experienced very severe headaches after taking it.

Headache alleviated

I have many menstrual periods and take 3 capsules at dinner and 3 at breakfast from the first to the fourth day of menstruation. The headache completely disappears. Initially, I didn’t consume protein, which seemed to hinder iron absorption, worsening my headache and anaemia. Since I began taking 1/100 of my body weight in protein daily, the iron I ingest seems to be absorbed well, and I no longer experience anaemia or headaches.
