Effective for clogging

My lactation consultant recommended this after I dealt with a stubborn, long-lasting clogged duct and milk bleb. She suggested taking 3-4 capsules daily, and after a few weeks, the issue resolved. I discovered that the typical dosage for recurrent plugged ducts ranges from 3600-4800 mg of lecithin each day, which is equivalent to 1 capsule (1200mg) taken 3-4 times daily. Lecithin may decrease the milk's stickiness by emulsifying fats. I highly recommend sunflower lecithin over soy, as it is extracted without chemical solvents and is raw and chemical-free, which is essential for breastfeeding.

Clogged duct solution

Lifesaver for breastfeeding mothers prone to clogged ducts! I take this religiously. After having a large abscess removed from my breast, I struggled with clogged ducts adjacent to an open wound. Initially, I took it sporadically, only when I sensed a lump. However, it truly began to work when I increased the dosage to four times a day, making my breastfeeding experience much easier. Now that my wound has closed, I’ve reduced my intake to three daily.

Mastitis prevention

Great for preventing clogged milk ducts while breastfeeding! I had a long history of mastitis, including an abscess and surgery. I started taking this lecithin three days after bringing my third child home, and after a year of breastfeeding with around 15 plugged duct incidents, I’m pleased to report no mastitis cases since then. My regimen included six daily doses, and during plugged duct episodes, I doubled that, which resolved the pain swiftly!

Cysts treatment safe
My favourite lecithin! This is arguably one of the finest preparations available! I chose this one because it’s derived from sunflower, making it safe for both men and women with any formations, as it does not promote estrogen growth or cyst formation. My family and I consume it regularly. Just remember to keep it refrigerated. Wishing everyone health and happiness!

Improved condition observed
I ordered it for myself and my mother based on a nutritionist's recommendation. I chose sunflower oil to address my estrogen issues, and after three months of use, my condition has improved significantly. There are no clots, the cysts are stable, and I no longer experience pain or discomfort.

Supports cysts management
Lecithin is incredibly convenient to take and is essential for managing stagnant bile, cysts, polyps, and high cholesterol. It’s excellent for children too; my 3-year-old easily chews a capsule.
