Initially bought this sunflower lecithin for lack of natural lecithin in my diet. Alongside Niacin, something has caused my cystic acne, which I’ve battled for years, to almost vanish. My back is no longer plagued by horrible red, painful spots. I recommend trying the lecithin over niacin, which can cause uncomfortable flush reactions. Having tried numerous remedies without success, this is the first that works for me!
