A fantastic product! The whole family can take it, even children. It tastes good even when biting into the capsule. The delivered quality matches the declared specifications. Although the capsules are large, they are easy to swallow. After a few days of taking it, eczema on my skin began to clear up, and I believe this supplement was pivotal, even while taking D3 and B vitamins.

I purchased this for my 7-year-old hyperactive son to help him calm down. However, a few hours after taking it, eczema developed in some places and it was very itchy, so I haven't given it to him since. Now, I am taking it to alleviate anxiety symptoms related to menopause. I've been drinking it for a week with no noticeable change, but I will continue for a while.
