Lecithin aids acute diarrhea recovery
We investigated how a lecithin-based formula of Boswellia serrata affects acute diarrhea, often caused by food poisoning. In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, 49 adults took either 250 mg of the supplement or a placebo for five days. Results showed that those who received the lecithin-based treatment experienced a significant reduction in the duration of diarrhea—3.08 days versus 4.44 days. Additionally, participants reported fewer stools and less abdominal pain and nausea. Overall, this suggests that lecithin's delivery form could effectively aid in treating acute diarrhea but needs further study.

My doctor recommended lecithin for enhancing bile flow, which I take twice daily with fatty meals. Relying solely on one medication isn't sufficient; a well-rounded approach with proper diet is necessary, especially when travelling.

Improves bile fluidity

I've been taking this lecithin for a long time as it aids my brain and gastrointestinal tract. It improves bile fluidity and helps with digestion. Thick bile can hinder the digestive system, and lecithin keeps it flowing smoothly. I recommend it, particularly as it avoids additional phytoestrogens often found in soy, which isn't ideal for those with hormonal issues.

I consistently take lecithin and highly recommend it! This is not my first course, and I will not be stopping. The capsules are large yet easy to swallow—one in the morning and one in the evening. I had thick bile and struggled with fatty foods, but since I began lecithin, those issues are resolved. My digestion has noticeably improved, and my intestines are functioning optimally!

Lecithin works excellently to dilute my bile. I have sluggish bile and GERD, but taking lecithin has significantly improved the stagnation of bile. My GERD symptoms have lessened, and I only need two capsules daily along with my meals.

Now Foods lecithin comes in a recognisable orange jar and offers 200 capsules, providing excellent value. I prefer sunflower lecithin as it is less allergenic. My mood has greatly improved, along with memory and overall well-being since taking these capsules. I highly recommend them for anyone, particularly for their benefits related to food poisoning and general health.

I purchased it to alleviate constipation, which I've experienced my whole life. Initially, I took two capsules, which resulted in diarrhoea and stomachaches. However, I switched to one capsule, and everything is now splendid! My bowel movements are regular, once daily, as long as I take it with food.
