Negative experience: I decided to write a review for this lecithin, although I don't often do so. I had bought two large cans for myself and my husband, influenced by positive articles and rave reviews. Delivery was prompt, and I had no complaints about the product's appearance. However, both my husband and I experienced severe digestive disorders - feelings of heaviness, pain in the stomach, indigestion, and upset stools. We initially attributed it to something else, but soon my husband developed red spots and I suffered severe headaches and elevated blood pressure. After discontinuing the intake, my husband’s red spots disappeared by the next day, but my digestion took longer to recover. I’m unsure if this product is the cause or if lecithin just isn’t for us.

Initial skin rashes

Fine! Initially, I experienced small rashes and problems with digestion, notably a sensation of indigestion. However, after two weeks, everything improved significantly. I felt lighter, ate less, and even lost a bit of weight. I recommend taking it at lunch or in the evening, as morning doses seemed to correlate with my earlier issues. My outlook on life has also brightened!

Didn't Expect This Effect: My husband has trouble with fat indigestion. After starting him on lecithin, his stool improved within just two days! I was pleasantly surprised by such quick results. Lecithin is beneficial for the nervous system, emulsifies fats, and reduces bile lithogenicity. It’s a real must-have, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Saved from discomfort
I took it for my pancreas. The tablets are a bit large, but that’s manageable for an adult. I consume them during or before meals. Nothing exceptional has happened yet, but after two jars, I want to recommend them to everyone as excellent dietary supplements. They have saved me from indigestion and stomach discomfort, and I’ve already ordered more.

Essential for bile issues
Favorite: I struggle with bile outflow and indigestion, making lecithin essential for me. Since soy lecithin is not recommended for women over 45, I switched to sunflower lecithin. It has a pleasant taste reminiscent of ground seeds. I simply mix a teaspoon in half a glass of water and drink it. There are lumps that remain, but it's easy to consume. The key is to take it half an hour before meals, and I pair it with liquid chlorophyll in the morning.
