I purchased this for my wife after her operation to cauterise nerve endings in her heart that triggered tachycardia and arrhythmia. After starting CoQ10 and ubiquinol, her heart pain completely disappeared. Remarkably, she even enjoyed wine on New Year's Eve without any consequences. There have been no side effects.

The best! It alleviates fatigue! After two years of daily use, increasing my intake from one to two tablets resulted in a dramatic improvement in my arrhythmia! It's best taken in the morning and evening if possible. Treat yourself to relief from fatigue in the evening, but not prior to bed, as it may keep you awake!
