I started taking Flora brand Ubiquinol and later switched to the Now brand. After three months, the fatigue I once experienced disappeared, and I noticed that my daily tension headaches, which had persisted for nearly a year, were gone. I haven't changed anything else in my routine, so I'm inclined to keep using it since I feel significantly better than earlier this year.

I have been taking this as a measure against headaches since before iHerb was founded. It is a reduced form of Coenzyme Q10 and primarily used for headaches. I also take other mineral supplements, but combining them prevents headaches and alleviates heaviness, making it essential. It is pricey but works remarkably well, so I will continue to use it.

At 45, I experienced sudden high blood pressure and began adding CoQ10 to my vitamins. I found that this absorbed better, and after two weeks, the constant feeling of blood rushing to my head and the heavy headache vanished. It's fantastic, not large in size, and I appreciate the quality and convenience of taking just one pill a day.

The first time I took this, it made me very sleepy. Initially, I felt tired the next day, but after a few days of use, I gained some energy. However, it also caused me a bad headache, so I ceased taking it. I had my husband try it unknowingly, and he too developed headaches, which vanished after he stopped. My doctor recommended these, claiming they worked wonders, but they clearly didn't suit us.
