Zinc reduces diarrhea, colds in infants
We investigated the impact of daily multivitamin and zinc supplementation on the health of Tanzanian infants. In our randomized, double-blind study involving 2,400 infants, we compared the effects of these supplements against a placebo over 18 months.

Our findings revealed that while zinc significantly reduced occurrences of diarrhea and acute respiratory infections, multivitamins did not provide additional benefits. Ultimately, zinc supplementation starting at 6 weeks may be beneficial for reducing some common illnesses in infants, but multivitamins did not show any significant positive impact.

Improves skin condition
Although the supplement size is large, it remains manageable to swallow. I initially started taking it to address rough skin. However, I’ve found that while I continue using it, I’m less prone to pimples. I also hoped it would help with seborrheic dermatitis, and it appears to be improving my symptoms compared to before I started taking it. This product is of high quality.
