Relieved irritability

I started taking two tablets each in the morning and evening. Initially, I experienced hot flashes and skin itching, but these subsided quickly. After years of suffering from premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and trying various treatments, I found this product helpful. Even three days before my period, which is the most symptomatic time, I felt less irritated. I began taking vitamin C and iron as well, so I can't confirm the individual effectiveness, but I intend to continue using this. I suspect the initial hot flashes might have been due to a reaction to B3 niacin. In hindsight, starting with one tablet would have been wiser.

Regular cycle
Following my doctor's advice, I have been taking this vitamin for three months, specifically during the first half of my cycle. For the latter half, I switch to vitamin E. My cycle remains regular and free of PMS symptoms. I have even started sharing it with my husband, as it’s beneficial for the nervous system, which is crucial today. (Note: It does cause my urine to turn yellow.)
