Effective and good low dosage. My husband was having head rashes during winter and spent all his time indoors. Once he began taking this Vitamin D, his symptoms ceased. Since Vitamin D can accumulate in the body, it’s advisable to opt for a lower dosage.

An excellent option for vitamin D! This isn't my first time taking it; the size and dosage suit me perfectly. I take them alongside vitamin A and can adjust the dosage by the number of capsules. The quality is good, as I have noticed a reduction in hair loss, my skin appears smoother, and rashes occur less frequently. My overall health and immunity have improved too. The packaging is reliable, featuring two levels of protection, and best of all, the capsules are small!
