Stops mild asthma
This is really helping with my unusual lung issues and constant infections, plus it has stopped my mild asthma. The high dosage is terrific; it truly works and keeps me warm as well.

Asthma symptoms eased
I learned about it from Tokumi Fujikawa's book. The dosage is solid, and I take 1-2 tablets a day. After using it for nearly three years without issues, I found that with this, along with vitamins D and K, my asthma has improved significantly, and my rhinitis has almost vanished.

Caution advised
CAUTION FOR ASTHMA / LOW IRON - depletes other nutrients and causes asthma. I suggest limited or occasional use only. Vitamin A increases transferrin; higher doses can be harmful to anyone with low iron, including asthmatics. I do not recommend vitamin A at this dose as it makes me breathless in an unpleasant way, leading me to supplement unnecessarily. At this level, it is too much of a balancing act; even limited use is quickly metabolised. I seek a natural vitamin A, yet finding a lower dose that isn’t cod seems impossible.

No improvements noted
Hyperacia was supposed to be beneficial for my asthma, but despite trying it, I noticed no improvements. I experienced peeling lips, hair loss, and excessive back pain from taking one grain daily. Perhaps a sufficient intake is achievable with green juice.

Dry eyes alleviated
My favourite is vitamin A, which is easy to take in soft gel form. The bottle's size is convenient. Starting vitamin A has improved my dry eyes. I seem to need a sizable amount, and alongside my asthma, large doses of vitamin D are necessary. I experience no sore throat or nosebleeds. I have a vitamin A deficiency but believe this supplement is highly beneficial. I have been purchasing it for a long time.
