It certainly wasn't sufficient for me, and after taking 100,000 IU, my anorexia, which lasted for months, was astonishingly cured overnight! I am truly surprised. It was quite an eye-opening experience. Subsequently, when I maintained the 100,000 IU dosage, I developed a severe itchy eczema on the top of my foot, which was quite painful, but it vanished as soon as I ceased the intake. I believe it was an overdose side effect, and I am now searching for the appropriate amount. It has become a vital supplement for my health. I believe it's worth trying for gastrointestinal issues.
