This may surprise you, but I was advised to take 225,000 IU of Vitamin A daily due to a positive cancer tumour marker. Now my numbers are down and stable. I also take 5,000 IU of Vitamin C and 10,000 IU of D, currently reduced to 3,000 IU. Despite concerns about overdose, I've managed well for over three years. My doctor suggests that high levels of vitamins A, C, and D in the body may prevent severe cases of corona or cancer. I believe the quality of NOW products is good.
