Since taking vitamin A supplements, I've noticed the dryness around my elbows and knees has vanished. I used to apply a lot of cream to my legs and elbows each night, but now I hardly need to. Having suffered from atopic dermatitis, I never thought my body could retain moisture like this.

Knee pain relief

I bought this hoping to improve my vision and mucous membranes, but it surprisingly relieved my knee pain. Within four days of starting, my back pain diminished significantly. After a period of not taking it, I resumed and found immediate effectiveness for my back pain following a minor injury. My skin's pores appear cleaner, and I think the combination with B vitamins has been beneficial.
