Chronic cough eliminated

This supplement significantly improved my immunity and, most importantly, cured my chronic cough that I struggled to eliminate for a long time. Now, I occasionally take these capsules to prevent respiratory illnesses and boost my immunity. I recommend it to anyone who frequently gets sick. Benefits include strengthened immune system and elimination of a chronic cough; I found no disadvantages.

I seem to require high doses of vitamin A due to my asthma and cancer history. I researched vitamin A limits to prevent side effects and realised I needed over 50,000 IU. This high dosage greatly reduced my asthma inhalers, and during severe coughing episodes, I felt a rapid recovery with high doses of vitamin A, which I plan to keep taking.

Early cough relief

I chose this supplement, knowing it’s good for the respiratory system. I often cough early in the morning, but since I started taking it, my cough has completely stopped, which makes me very happy. Additionally, the small size and shape of the tablet make it easy to swallow, so I will continue to take one daily.

Rapid recovery noted

It worked wonders for my severe throat cold. I was struggling with a damaged mucous membrane and persistent coughing, especially due to the korona-ka. However, after drinking it 2 to 3 times daily, I was completely cured in about three days. I've found that 10,000 IU is beneficial, yet even post-recovery, I feel that taking 27,000 IU daily can lead to confusion and a heavy head.

Outstanding mucosal effects
It effectively addresses mucous membrane inflammation, although it has a strong fishy taste. With 25,000 IU of vitamin A, it's quite efficient, but pregnant women should avoid it. While a soft gel capsule makes it easy to consume, the fishy odour can be quite off-putting. I found it particularly effective for coughs and sore throats, more so than vitamin C. Adults can take 2-3 tablets, while children may take one tablet daily during colds for better results.

I’m using the supplement to strengthen my throat mucous membrane as I've heard it aids in easing coughs. I’m on my second bottle now, and there’s gradual improvement; I plan to continue taking it for a while longer.

Cough issues addressed
After taking vitamin D for two years, I discovered it antagonises vitamin A, resulting in a cough and inflamed nasal mucous membranes. Now, with better balance in vitamins, my cough has subsided, though I learned that excess vitamin A can also pose dangers, reminding me to use everything wisely for health.
