I really love vitamin D from NOW! I highly recommend it. I've noticed improvements like less hair loss, better bowel movements, more energy, and my muscle and bone pain have lessened significantly. Additionally, my vitamin D level rose from 16 to 34.4 in just 2.5 weeks of use!

This product's dosage of D3 and MK-7 is superb. I’ve been giving it to my parents as their bones become more fragile with age. Not only is vitamin D3 needed for calcium absorption, but vitamin K2 is also essential to direct calcium to the bone tissue. Highly recommended!
