Caused diarrhea. I did not fit. Be careful with high dosages.

Excessive dosage
The 5,000 IU vitamin D component seemed excessive, as I experienced several instances of diarrhea. While I believe it's a good supplement when combined with vitamin K, I won't be taking it now since taking vitamin K alone and a 2000 IU multivitamin didn’t cause me diarrhea.

Didn't suit me and caused diarrhea and a headache. However, it worked for my cousin, who experienced no side effects; I will need to take a blood test to confirm its effectiveness.

Affordable but risky
This brand is quite affordable. It’s good to add D3 occasionally, especially on rainy days, but be careful not to take too much at once. One pill a day is enough, otherwise, you will suffer from diarrhea.
