Effective for RLS

This is undoubtedly the best supplement for leg cramps and RLS. However, I can't take it at night, as it keeps me awake. When I add taurine in the morning, it benefits my muscles significantly.

I recommend this for individuals with irritable bowel syndrome! My mother, aged 71, was worn out from diarrhoea, colic, and leg cramps. She takes two capsules before bed and another two during the day if needed. Now, she has regular stools one to three times a day compared to five to six previously, and her discomfort has disappeared!

The intestines seem to recover overnight; it's truly remarkable. I also use 500mg of L-Glutamine, although it runs out quickly. I have leaky gut, which causes gas and sometimes feels unbearable. I often mix it with chicken broth, which is fantastic. When I wake, my stomach is flat and I sleep soundly without having leg cramps. I highly recommend trying various glutamine types.
