No impact on cholesterol

I found taurine to be a waste of money. I purchased three packages and took 3000 mg daily, hoping it would lower my cholesterol and increase my energy. After finishing all three jars and testing my cholesterol, the levels remained high. I didn’t notice any increase in energy either. The only benefit I saw was that my muscles didn't ache during strength training. I'll not buy this again.

Cholesterol dropped

I started my mother on taurine due to slightly elevated cholesterol levels. Instead of prescription statins, which can be harmful, we opted for taurine. After 1.5 months, her cholesterol levels returned to normal. I highly recommend it for those seeking a gentler approach to managing cholesterol.

Immediate improvement

Taurine improves bile flow, increases bile acid production, prevents cholestasis, normalises fat metabolism, and detoxifies the bile duct. I felt an effect right away when the first stagnant bile flowed; my head hurt from the removal of toxins. Timely defecation regulation and using chitosan solved this issue. After 3-4 days, the headache stopped. I continued taking taurine and noticed improvement; my thoughts became clearer, and weight loss became easier on my intermittent fasting diet. The quality is good, the size is medium, the composition is excellent, and the taste is neutral.

Protects against damage

Thanks to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, taurine protects the body from unnecessary cell death and tissue damage. Taurine supplementation can enhance bile secretion and improve cholesterol breakdown within the body. It also safeguards retinal cells from damage caused by oxidants and bright light. L-Carnitine and taurine can work together to enhance heart health. It is generally deemed safe to consume up to 3 grams, as excess is excreted in urine.

Essential taurine

Reducing taurine intake can jeopardise health, making it concerning when supplies run low due to stricter regulations. For my cholesterol management, I need over 3g daily; this limits my purchases to one bottle at a time, which is insufficient.
