Recommended by someone, and now I will recommend it to others! I belong to a large group of girls who underwent liposuction and a Brazilian Butt Lift. Following surgery, our bodies would swell as a post-traumatic reaction. I have been out of surgery for 5.5 months now, and I rely on these pills to prevent puffiness. The doctor noted we may swell for up to 6 months, so I hope it stops soon. After 2 months post-op, I stopped taking them, thinking I no longer needed them, but then I puffy again within 2 weeks. Pain relief
Good for arthritis. I have tried other brands and this has the most turmeric per capsule. I can really tell the difference after taking this; there's less pain and swelling in my hands caused by osteoarthritis.

Decreases inflammation
Generally, I find NOW products to have good quality ingredients. I noticed a reduction in inflammation after a few days. As a singer, bromelain is essential for treating swollen vocal folds.
