Resolved bowel issues
My trainer recommended these pills, claiming they wouldn't harm when playing sports. I didn't initially notice their effect on my joints, but I no longer experience bowel problems, which brings me great joy. I haven't taken any other pills recently, so I attribute this improvement to them. I will certainly purchase more, hoping it may also benefit my knees.
