This is a great alternative if you struggle to swallow coconut oil. If attempting the Candida cleanse regimen of 1 to 3 tablespoons daily, this would be much more expensive. I believe it helps boost my metabolism when I take a few in the morning. iHerb offers the best prices for everything.
