Package and web doses are very different. The dosage on the bottle indicates to take three capsules with food, but I see a much higher dosage here. Although I trust this brand, I am annoyed as the pills smell fresh and are easy to swallow. The good news is that no heartburn or oil burps have occurred. However, a high dose is required for optimal results.
