Physical and mental well-being
After reading Dr. Tokumi Fujikawa's book, I incorporated vitamin E alongside Ferroquel and Vitamin B for chronic fatigue syndrome. I've been feeling fantastic both physically and mentally for about a year now.
When I turned 50, I felt heavy and discovered in an American film that taking vitamins E and C together alleviated fatigue. Now at 73, I can still enjoy playing vocals and lead guitar in a rock band. I attribute this to vitamin E.
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin best taken after an oily meal. Since incorporating it into my routine for chronic fatigue syndrome, I've found it much easier to manage. Its antioxidant properties are remarkable.
Alleviated menstrual pain
Vitamin E has been effective for menstrual cramps. I noticed a significant difference in the severity of symptoms during my cycle compared to when I wasn’t taking it.
I've recently started taking this supplement and already feel more energetic, less fatigued, and noticed improvements in my skin and hair. It's easy to take without unpleasant taste or smell. However, individual results may vary, so I recommend consulting a doctor prior.
