Vitamin E mitigates respiratory damage
We investigated how exposure to ultrafine particles (UFPs) in cold and humid environments impacts respiratory health. Using a controlled study with male Balb/c mice, we found that exposure to carbon black nanoparticles worsened lung function and increased inflammation and oxidative stress.

Notably, the combination of UFPs and cold-humid conditions intensified these adverse effects. However, when we administered Vitamin E, it helped reduce these harmful impacts. This suggests that Vitamin E could be a potential protector against indoor air pollutants, offering insights for healthier living spaces.

I advise against catching a cold. I bought Vitamin E believing it would help me avoid one. Usually, I fall ill with seasonal changes, but this year I fared much better. Since vitamin E is fat-soluble, I must watch for overdose, so I only take one tablet every four days.

Warmer feet now

I was told it’s beneficial for frostbite and menopause. Taking it with vitamin C after meals is recommended. After just three days, my feet no longer feel cold. I take two tablets daily—morning and night—though I plan to reduce that to one eventually. The fishy smell isn't off-putting, and the tablets are easy to swallow.

With worsening Raynaud's symptoms turning my fingers white in the cold, I started taking Vitamin E following the Fujikawa Method. After about a month of 2-3 tablets daily, the whitening reduced significantly. My symptoms, which intensified over 10 years, are now improving remarkably. Though I take other supplements, the quick positive change is surprising. My menstrual cycle has also stabilised, enhancing my overall quality of life.

I've been taking omega-3 along with vitamin E after learning online that they work well together, particularly in the autumn when it's essential to prepare for the cold. Since I started this regimen, I don't feel cold, even at night without heating; I manage to sleep comfortably under just one blanket.
