B1 or thiamine is a vitamin that needs to be consumed daily with food, which can be challenging. During my treatment for psoriasis, I was prescribed a course of injections containing thiamine. I decided to give these vitamins a try. The results have been notable, particularly on my hands, where the rashes have started to fade after six years of battling this condition.
