Good Supplement addressing multiple issues. I bought this for myself and my mother, who suffers from neuropathy due to chemotherapy. I noticed a boost in awareness and energy each morning. NOW provides a solid food-based B-100 Complex with essential B vitamins. My only critique is that the tablets are rather large and difficult to swallow for some people.
