Positive skin changes

I take Pugh E alongside C, A, B, Omega 3-6-9, and Zn. I feel well. My complexion has improved significantly; my skin is soft, with minimal rashes (although they took a while to heal). The skin is no longer oily (perhaps because it's winter?), but it isn't dry either. My nails are slightly stronger but still tend to peel (I've worn shellac for a long time). My hair has fallen out less. It's hard to determine which vitamin contributed most, likely all combined. Yes, I’m a fan of vitamins; I had a cold last month, sore throat, and persistent snot, yet since taking vitamins, I’ve caught nothing. Bright changes have occurred, prompting an acquaintance to remark, "Wow, you look prettier!" - while I don’t see that dramatic change, I do notice positive improvements.

Supports cold energy

From my experience, my constitution seems to require B greatly, making it an essential supplement. I've never experienced a niacin flush of this nature. The ingredients are also ideal. While I usually take it in the morning, I also consume it during the day and in the evening when I'm running low on energy, particularly when the cold persists. I can't part with it.

It was good. I have been taking B, essential for neurotransmission, for many years and no longer catch colds.

Less likely to catch
Great! I consume it after breakfast. The slow release enables complete absorption by the body, which is fantastic! Keeping up with my exercise routine will reduce the likelihood of catching a cold!
