Vitamin B2 has changed my life, not an exaggeration. I’ve had chronic migraines for years and tried numerous medications without success. Initially sceptical, I tried B2 to reduce migraine frequency and severity. My daily migraines decreased to about one a week, with a record of 18 days without a migraine! I take 200 mg each morning and night, and I believe it's worth trying for anyone with frequent migraines.

We conducted a retrospective observational study involving 42 children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 years suffering from migraines. Our aim was to see how effective riboflavin, a safe and affordable nutraceutical, could be in reducing headache symptoms.

After administering weight-based doses of riboflavin, we observed substantial decreases in the frequency, intensity, and duration of headaches, along with reduced medication usage and fewer missed school days. These findings suggest that riboflavin can be a beneficial option for pediatric migraine management.

We examined the effectiveness of tobramycin-dexamethasone eye drops versus artificial tears in treating acute viral conjunctivitis. In this randomized study, participants received either treatment following a one-time povidone-iodine application.

I take it for dryness in the eyes and frequent conjunctivitis - it helps! The dose is rather large, so I take one capsule per day with my second meal for about a week, followed by a rest of 2-3 weeks. I once gave it to my 10-year-old daughter when she had cracks in the corners of her mouth, and after just 3 days, everything disappeared. The drug works remarkably well. I haven't observed any irritant effects on my stomach.
