After taking this vitamin, I ended up in the ER due to severe nerve pain, chills, headaches, nausea, and vomiting. With such a high dosage, I suspect B vitamins might not be suitable for everyone. I've had similar past experiences with B complexes that involved ER visits. There appears to be a concerning connection.

BE CAUTIOUS: 100 mg of B6 is too much! Each of these capsules contains the maximum daily intake. I’ve experienced adverse side effects including nausea from this high dosage. I regret purchasing them as they have made me extremely nauseous.

This product made me incredibly nauseous. I found that the nausea set in within 15 minutes of swallowing the capsule. I took it intermittently, which did not alleviate the nausea.
