Excellent for neuropathy. I purchased this for my parents, both with diabetes, as their foot neuropathy was worsening. They noticed a difference quickly; my dad's leg sores have begun to heal. I will definitely purchase this again.

NOW is a fantastic brand, but taking 100mg of B6 without confirmed deficiency caused me nerve damage. It's crucial to have your doctor test your B6 levels. Even low levels of B6 can reach toxic levels. I’ve suffered from neuropathy and many other debilitating symptoms for years, worsened by taking high doses of B6 thinking it was harmless. Please consult your doctor before taking high doses of B6.
