Reduced illness frequency
My children enjoy taking these vitamins. I will update about the effects later, but so far, it's beneficial that they take them in the morning. They seem to get sick less often and recover more swiftly.

Improved cognitive abilities
Why should children take vitamin D? It supports the immune system, cardiovascular, nervous, and endocrine systems, and maintains insulin production. Additionally, it aids normal tissue growth and differentiation. Vitamin D receptors are located in muscle fibres and regulate calcium metabolism, directly impacting muscle contraction and relaxation. A deficiency reduces muscle strength, gait, and balance. Colecalciferol enhances cognitive abilities, encompassing attention, memory, speech, spatial orientation, and coordination between mental and physical activity—all vital for a child's development. My child enjoys the taste, and this brand conveniently provides two pieces, containing 2000 mg.

Increased energy levels
I consistently take this vitamin D, 2000 IU for my daughters and 5000 IU for myself. I am quite satisfied; I've noticed an increase in energy, and the capsules are small and easy to swallow. I had a blood test for vitamin D, which revealed it was low. I will soon retest to check for improvements.
