I have been ordering vitamin D3 from this manufacturer for the third time. Although I also purchased biotin and magnesium, I cannot comment on their results yet as I have just bought them. My vitamin D levels were very low at 30, and my nutritionist advised taking 10,000 units for a month, followed by 5,000 units for another month, and then 3,000 units daily. After this regimen, I rechecked my levels and they had increased to 80. I experienced a reduction in fatigue and drowsiness, and crucially, my chest cysts and fibroadenomas have disappeared. This has been the outcome of a two-year journey where I focussed on my internal health. Remember to take care of your health yourself!

I tried the Vitamin D-3 High Potency supplement, hoping to alleviate joint pains. Unfortunately, I didn't find it beneficial and discontinued use due to toxicity concerns and potential bone cysts. Despite my hopes, I saw no substantial improvement in my joint pain, which was disappointing. Individual results vary, so always consult a healthcare professional before starting such supplements.
