Excellent! I've been taking D3 for a year now, 15,000 in winter and 10,000 in summer. During autumn and winter, my husband and I have not fallen ill at all. My complexion is healthy, and I have fewer bruises under my eyes. My metabolism has improved, deficiencies have been addressed, and I managed to get pregnant after struggling for 8 years. Now, as a pregnant woman, I'm taking 10,000, and when symptoms of Candidiasis or cystitis arise, I increase to 20,000, and everything resolves within a day. D3 strengthens mucosal walls, making them less susceptible to infections.
