D3 and K2 = chest pain and blood clots
when i first found this product, i thought it would be a lifesaver. something that would mobilize calcium from arterial walls and place it into bones would be a miracle supplement. i don't know if this supplement does that but i will tell you what it does do (to me, at least)... and it is not good! i am a 27 year old asian american male of chinese descent and i have been eating a relatively stable and healthy diet for the past 5 years. i haven't changed my diet since i've begun taking this supplement and i have noticed the following: on the days that i take this supplement and ONLY on the days that i take this supplement, i experience severe, tearing chest pains, the sensation of something sharp within my arteries (when i press down on that point, it feels like i'm stabbing a knife into the artery), blurred vision and a 'shooting, halting' bloodflow problem in my extremities that i can only presume is blood intermittently shooting past a newly formed clot. excepting the chest pain, i have NEVER experienced any of these symptoms before, and they coincide perfectly with taking this supplement. fortunately, these problems cease when i stop taking the supplement. i have been experimenting for the past month and i am now certain that it is something in this supplement that is causing these problems. i don't know if it's this particular combo -d3 and k2- or if it's just this particular supplement, but i won't be purchasing this product again. in addition to posting this review here, i will be forwarding a copy to the manufacturer. if you'll be trying this supplement, please be mindful of any changes in your diet, physical behavior and how you feel. if your diet and workout routine haven't changed but you feel different, it's probably because of the supplement
